Some people aren't on-line enough to know they have to opt-out. People that opt-out can get the impression they are being ostracised.

It's only a few people that get mentioned in the awards - some of the people who take part are happy to do so, but only because they know the won't 'win' anything.

If more people knew about the kind of stuff that has been going on behind the scenes, and the reports staff get and the trouble it all causes, they'd agree.

Well if they aren't online enough then surely they aren't going to be remembered enough to be nominated? I wouldn't think 'I'm gonna give that twat Suze my vote'
