Maybe it's set during/has flashbacks to the Civil War? I was just thinking because the top hat reminded of Abraham Lincoln and Dell called Ethel "honest Abe" but Ryan Murphy said it's cryptic or some ****. Also last year Fiona called LaLaurie "Mary Todd Lincoln" :shock:
