While I agree that we need a balance of young to old, male to female, I really think age is immaterial - it's the Celebrity themselves who are important.
Some actors are totally lost without a script - young and old - and contribute zilch by way of 'entertainment'.
Some 'Comedians' - even the funny ones on stage - are introverted bores off stage.
I would switch channels in an instant if the house just comprised of 'Towie' or 'Geordie Shore' 'yoofs', and basically agree with Lily'sWeaveAngel and karl.
One old Gary Busey is worth a hundred Gemma Collins - not that you could fit a 100 Gemma Collins in the Wembley Stadium , let alone the CBB house.
