They aren't racially motivated, people suicide via cop all the time in America, stop grasping onto the fact that some of them are black, it's racist in of itself. Racism will always be there when it's constantly bought up for no reason, it will never die out for as long as there are fanatics that scream racism at the drop of a hat.
