Does she ever stop and think that maybe the person did because that person can only afford to buy clothes from there.

If we were fully aware of the risk that every little thing we say could offend others, we'd never speak without being overly cautious. I'm sure people could find anything to complain about being 'offended' by these days.

My initial thoughts were that Alexander wasn't very dressed up for the occasion and you'd have thought he'd have made more effort. Katie just said what I was thinking with a little more feistiness and humour behind it. I laughed.
