That's the role she's trying to play but I don't think it fits her. She's actually just a busybody who wants to get in on all the action/drama and make out to be the 'peacemaker'. The quote underneath shows how spiteful she can be and she's only been in there for a few days, it's so weird that she's taken such a strong and instant dislike to Katie just because she disagrees with some of her opinions.
