The banana situation was created and blown out of proportion purposefully to ridicule her. The bedroom bitching and the constant need to state that Alicia is dumb are also both pretty harsh. You could even say her fake tantrum when Alicia was explaining her daughter's diet was uncalled for and only done to belittle her.

She's obviously made Alicia her target for ridicule (without any provocation from Alicia whatsoever) and i'm pretty sure it will continue for as long as both are in the house. I mean it would have been distasteful enough if she targeted any housemate but to target a housemate who clearly has confidence issues is just plain evil.

If it does continue there is only one winner imo, and it most certainly is not Katie.
