My point is, how can we suggest that Hopkins is great because she speaks her mind and doesn't care who she offends when the press have created a captive audience for her to do just that and even pay her to spread vitriol and hate. We, her audience don't have that same luxury. We her audience are censored, edited and deleted.

Your second point about the media, I can only say money talks, if enough people stop buying the paper or watching the show and the owners link that to KH she will be out on her ear, other than that or if she breaks the law she has freedom's of speech and freedom to offend.

With regard to censorship and the right to reply, if you mean this forum, please see my first point, if you mean TV/Newspapers your right you have no right to reply on their dime. However we are lucky to live in an age where media is available to the masses. You could start a "I hate Katie" site, or Facebook, Twitter, etc and move to get enough people on your side. You still can't stop Katie saying what she wants after that, nor should you be able to.
