Outside the house - they're equal to each other because one wishes for Celebrities to die, and the other one mocks Ebola victims so they're kind of as disgusting as each other.
Inside the house - Katie easily as she wants to be the center of attention just as much as Perez, only isn't as honest about it as Perez, and she deliberately sets up a target and tries to isolate them from the whole house, she's already tried with Alicia, and a little bit on Nadia, she's succeeded with Perez, and her next target will be Katie Price, just wait and see.
