She is strong I give her that,however as to her integrity,well what she says comes from prejudices she has and her perceived views of others which are often derogatory towards them, no matter the reaons they are in the position or condition they are.

They are also views of people she looks down on and sees as beneath her so her integrity if she has any is badly flawed by the use of those prejudices to generalise on groups of people.
That for me, is not something to be admired in anyone, that they judge and condemn people out of their own prejudices and in Katie Hopkins case, unjustifiable views of them too.

So I have to overall disagee with the op as to that.
