Well no you're actually wrong here, they didn't fall out because Nadia told her sister that she didn't want them to be going out, they fell out because Nadia and Alan had an argument over photographs of her wedding that Alan didn't want published in a magazine because he didn't want people knowing he was seeing Nadias sister. her sister took Alans side I believe so it's pretty different then her just not liking Alan and telling her sister that she didn't want her going out with him
