Alot of disabled kids are ferried to and from school by taxi, they all travel with an escort, or if travelling to school by bus will have an escort, it's for health and safety reasons, she is not a special case, I think she has made it sound posher than it actually is

tey don't travel with a nurse and it doesn't cost £1000 a day

I think she is exaggerating, it's common knowledge nurses or drivers for that matter are not well paid, she was probaly trying to defend her position, though she has no need to, she is doing nothing illegal

at best its totally immoral at worst it could and should be illegal
