Alicia took it just as bad if not worse, making a big show, calling the house twats, interrogating Calum about it etc.

Cami no doubt exaggerates her rants partly to play up to a bit of a character with the finger snapping etc. It is a bit like Katie H said about her finishing her rant off nicely with a good walk away, it is a bit contrived but it's not to be taken seriously. Plus she is right that Katie P is the one who's nominated her and she shares a bed with her and as far as I know has never expressed her sentiments to Cami's face, that's more two faced than Alicia accused Calum of being.

Calum has the right attitude to Cami imo: he likes her, he gets on well with her, but when she goes on one of her kick offs he just rolls his eyes a bit and clearly just thinks "there she goes again". He knows that she's gonna fly off the handle and get a bit silly about it but also knows not to take it seriously. Most of the others know that as well - she is genuinely liked in that house. Look at the way she was ranting to Patsy and Nadia but then she ended it on that comment about an astronaut and they had a laugh about it then proceeded to dance stupidly around the table.
