A racial slur is always governed by the intent of the statement. A black can call another black a ***** and its ok, but a white cant. A Puerto Rican can call each other a Chola but Perez is a white second generation Cuban and he said in in a derogatory fashion so legally he could be hauled up, however he seems to be the only one that uses the rules and these situations to get a result so let him, the little creep.

Isn't Cami Li from Miami? wouldn't that also make her second generation? Regardless of that neither Patsy nor Callum have any Latino connections as far as I'm aware so should they also be vilified or thrown out or whatever?
