What he said was no slight on Nadia, he just said lets have less stodgy food. Only if stodgy food was bad would it be a negative and it is not it is part of a balanced diet.
Nadia, for some reason hanging on every word perez said, took it as a criticism and for some reason seemed to think she was beyond being criticised or that people in the house will talk about her
It was ALL about her ego and nothing else
