She hasn't picked on him, she has discussed his over cleaning obsession and bringing everything else back to his stories.

So has Calum, Cami Lee, Kav, Michelle

Katie H must have some amazing power if she can influence a few HM's opinions into her way of thinking I mean, its not like they were all grown up adults in there who can all think for themselves and make their own opinions is it
