Mention of the rspca makes me angry.

Our dog (we resuced him from a guy who beat him but we could never quite...put him right) went to bite gavins daughter so obviously it was no good having him here. We rang the RSPCA as we thought they would take him because it was no good just selling him/giving him away incase he ended up with kids again...and I shit you not, they told us the only way they would take him was if we abused him. So basically, for help, you have to hit your dog. Bonkers.

They stick their noses in where its not needed though. I have mentioned on here before I think the problems we had with the neighbour over our dog (in short, she was scared our staffie would eat her rottweiler and she actually at one point threw dog crap into our yard then rang the council to try and say we didn't ever clean it up, hoping they would tell us to get rid...) well anyway, she rang the RSPCA to say we locked him outside 24/7 and didnt feed him. This was before the biting thing...

They turned up to inspect and basically laughed. He had a kennel outside yes and a bowl of water, BUT the kitchen door was always open so he could come in and out...he liked being in the kennel but also inside and it wa ssummer so it was fine to do that. He slept inside, and you could see he was happy and healthy.
