Just because your quiet it doesn't mean your awkward. You can be the loudest person in the room but still be incredibly awkward, I know people like that.

Yeah, I get what you mean.

I know people who literally barely utter a word when I'm in their company, and I just want to end up shaking them so something comes out.

But I suppose that's just the way some people are. I tend to be friends with feisty people, especially females but I know loads of loud-mouths who are just so awkward, and I just sit there wanting them to shut up, so in that respect I would take a shy person over a loud-mouth

I'm use to confident people like I always say no one should even comment on their looks because not everyone will find you ugly or something. Everyone thinks and sees people differently. some people find arrogant people attractive which it is common tbh. some people find shy cute/attractive
