It isn't a different subject at all... it's this one.

The onus was on the death and the fact some labeled it 'stupid' and him stupid for misunderstanding the dosage.
Regardless of what his parents did subsequently.

So yes I feel that preventable deaths both famous and non famous are entirely comparable in the same context, I don't know why you have a problem with this.

All preventable deaths can be put down to 'stupidity' regardless of who they are and how they occurred.. or none of them.
