I expect to see Balls and Miliband on telly later reminding us that we never had killer smog under Labour.

Probably an inane question, but I will ask it anyway. Could this smog affect wildlife and pets also?

I wouldn't worry too much. It's all exaggerated by the media, I think wildlife and pets will be fine.
