i disagree. she didn't target all jews in a general sense, she made an offensive remark about 1 woman. she wasn't encouraging anyone to attack to discriminate against jews. and she didn't target this woman BECAUSE she was jewish, she targeted her because she is a specific public figure. a hate crime is targeting someone BECAUSE they are a minority. i don't think she did that in this case.
