I'm not a Danny fan at all but I don't honestly think he meant to use the word vulnerable in a take advantage/predatory way. He just meant that they would probably be up for a bit of fun in the right circumstances. Its just not the right environment for it to be meant in a predatory way with 24/7 cameras and the fact that they are twins always together.
