hhmmm I disagree with that. I mean it is understandable that alot of times people will get on better with people closer in age and experience as themselves, and that older people might not be as up for partying and missing sleep as younger people are. not in every case of course but Eileen pretty much said as much herself about the going to bed part.

Then say that it's because she doesn't like to party till 5 am and because she got mad about missing sleep... those are not necessarily age related complaints. She agreed that she is wired to need sleep, but not that she was too old to be in the house.

Huge difference in my opinion.

But it probably is because she's older though, it's not "ageist" it's just a fact of life. People change when they get older (in general) I know I'm different now to when I was in my early twenties, so what? It's life, it's not a big deal and it's not an insult. People are making something of nothing imo

The twins and others have gone to bed early,,, Jack lays in bed, doesn't drink, and doesn't know how to party... Eileen parties as we have seen in the party she earned. It isn't an age thing at all, but they are labeling it as such so as not to say the truth face to face... which is they just like her less than others b/c of their own bias about age.

Well if it is excuse then isn't it more tactful of them to say it in a way like that instead of I just don't like you as much as everyone else?

We don't need tact in there... drama isn't caused by tact...

my point is being if they are nominating for age for real, they shouldn't be allowed such a bias vote... but if her actions regardless of her age is why they are voting her, they should be forced to say so

I'm with you Niamh, people of different generations will be treated diferently, Its life, Eileen is 2.5 times the age of Cristian

They can use an inoffensive generic excuse for nominating her or they could use a highly personal, nasty reason for nominating her. Either way, she will still get nominated. I know which I would prefer her to get.
