I find this whole thread offensive and think the only reason it was created was to encourage people to another pointless in depth slanging match either about religion or gender.

Clearly the opening narrative Is taken from some loony who should not ever be given the time of day.

The mods should discourage this kind of baiting and encourage people to discuss sensible issues not the ramblings of a madman.

So this so called nutter actually has a point. Once again its about interpretation. There are, wheteher you like it or not, people who intepret these verses literally and as long as these people exist and continue to have a platformto air their nuttiness then I feel you have no argument. This is not baiting this what some people genuinely believe.

and dont forget the key aspects of islam and christianity is to believe what their books say
