I'd say Harry is the biggest player in there in the 'nice' stakes. She got herself well dug in at the start by siding with the old housemates and critiscising the new ones. I don't think she is very nice by nature though and I feel as soon as she has got rid of the new housemates she will show her real self to the rest of them.
Actually if Marc goes into the secret room I feel harry will start to show her real self then, because feeling that she has got rid of a big player might go to her head.
