We were in our local park at the weekend when we saw a guy with his family, including 2 young children and a dog that looked suspiciously like a PB on a leash. Another dog ran up to it and this guy immediately started screaming to get the dog away and that his dog is vicious. The next thing all hell broke loose as this PB went in for the attack. The owner of the PB tried to separate them and got his arm ripped to shreds. Why the hell would you want to own a vicious banned dog ? especially when you have tiny tots around it.

18 weeks was not enough for this guy. He owned a banned breed which killed a precious life; in my opinion the sentence should of been a lot longer.
