I would say they were derogatory comments, and sexist in the way that his comments to the women are alot of times sexually motivated where as he hasn't said anything like that to the men. I mean calling someone a "cum Bucket" or asking if they're going for an STD test or saying someone has a baggy fanny...is basically calling them sluts.
