He is to a certain extent but I guess that's just the nature of giving to good causes in the modern age.
There was celebrity culture before him and there will be after, he didn't invent hero worship or merchandising a venture yet it's a tool he uses to see his community concepts progress.. if he were Branson some may call him a genius :/
