I didn't say that EVERY housemate who beats another housemate is a better housemate.

I just used an example of one situation, where it could be said that the better housemate outlasted the inferior housemate.

She did beat Nikki in the voting, but Nikki is a more memorable housemate amongst casual BB viewers. Nikki was the better housemate.

Ironic, considering all Nikki does is live of her Big Brother status, and keeps milking something which died almost a decade ago.
She's been in that house more times than she's had hot dinners.

Being memorable doesn't make you a good housemate, either.
Helen is the most memorable housemate of BB15. Does that mean she was a good housemate?

Thought so.

Nikki is to Big Brother, as Secret Room's are to twists.
She's been overused so much, to the point of irrelevance.

She's as stale as that fruit tart she hid under her pillow.
