They haven't been promoting it as a double and seeing as then never really say it's not a double, I doubt they will start this week.

I'm pretty sure they have to tell voters if it's a double before they open the lines for legal reasons, people have to know exactly what they're voting for

I always thought that too.


Someone on here mentioned last night that they did do it one year. Not that I can remember and not that I believe everything I read on here...

hhmmm I don't remember that but I couldn't swear that it never happened either but I was always under the impression that they couldn't do it
