Brian,like many of us know the difference between banter and pure spite.
Brian isn't particularly articulate and it then becomes frustrating arguing with Helen whose only comeback is a personal attack...and she will keep on and on pressing buttons until she gets a reaction...only to then put them down again.
Brian just tried to stand up for what he thinks is right...he tried to tell Helen some home truths....but Helen is unable to listen if anyone tries to tell her what she doesn't want to hear...
Helen could provoke the nicest of people into a reaction..something quite out of their nature because she is that vile and she just loves it. She is the ultimate bitch and bully and anyone who disagrees with that really needs their heads testing.
Brian's done the right thing.

Helen and Marc are intimidating? Are you for real? If I were shouted at by Brian in that really aggressive manner I would be reaching for my phone to call the police. I'd be really frightened tbh. Now Marc is just silly, which I love, and there isn't an aggressive bone in his body or Helen's.
