And I know plenty of 24 year olds who are on welfare. Plenty who did a degree and stopped right there. I don't get your point. Anecdotal evidence will for ever be gloriously anecdotal.

And if you really want to get pedantic when you get a mortgage you do own your house and have put it up as collateral on a loan while you're paying it back.
