Not really, new housemates have been part and parcel of this show since series two, that has nothing to do with the no outside contact rule

Hell, Brian didn't enter BB8 himself until over two weeks in. If he had been part of discussions about the outside world then I could get your point, but new housemates going in doesn't necessarily negate the no outside contact rule

When new housemates went in they were not allowed to share any information that has all changed now I have no time for his self pitying nonsense, if the show had just started on C5 and he had no idea of what to expect I could understand his viewpoint, as it is he only has himself to blame

I'm not saying he doesn't have himself to blame, we all know how much the show has changed on C5 and he does too so he should have known what he was getting himself in for. However your point that new housemates going in breaks the no outside contact rule is wrong, because it's been happening for years and them going in doesn't necessarily mean it is definitely going to be broken. It usually is these days and that's a shame, but in principle it doesn't mean it will be broken.
