If we need someone to step up to this I would rather hear from someone that lives in the real world-that can't afford expensive surgery, that struggles to fit in, that deals with harassment. I want to hear the real dark side of this.

Because daily glam shoots and chauffeur driven rides are totally against what the Kardashians are all about... no, I'm just saying that having waited, what, 60 odd years to feel like she can be herself, she should be allowed a bit of time to make the most of just being who she's always wanted to be and if that involves glam shoots and dresses, so be it.

And being in the public eye and thus getting a lot of press coverage, she's opened a lot of people's eyes to what being transgender is, people who wouldn't even have heard of that word before. Trust me. That's why people are suddenly expecting her to be some sort of great charitable figure the minute she transitioned, because she's probably the most famous transgender person around.

..and actually I've seen quite a bit of stuff with Caitlyn inspiring in the LGBT community with young people especially and hasn't she got her own show starting soon...?...so the fashion shoots would also be part of the promotion with that ...Caitlyn does have different aspects to her life in the public, where are Katie's different aspects..?..where does she give anything positive to anyone..?../her inspiration to anyone..?...oh look people, you can have a great education, apply for the Apprentice and then make a career out of putting people down and laughing at them in your smugness/please apply now for that fabulous job...or you can live most of your life not being able to be yourself because you're the 'American Dream' and then have the courage to be who you really are.../you can inspire and also look great while you're doing it as well...just sit down Katie you tit and not even nearly as attractive as the ones that Caitlyn has either....just think about who/what you are before you start commenting on who anyone else is...

What has she done for the transgender community?... nothing as far as I see, are not those transitioning expected to live as a female for x amount of time to aid the transition and have family therapy to prepare children and/or partners?
