Helen has done nothing criminal that I am aware of, and certainly nothing serious. Chloe admits to accusing this taxi driver and she comes from a family of drug barons.
There is no comparison. And this is coming from someone who doesn't like helen at all. I think Chloe is the worst winner of all time but I reckon Helen is probably the second worst.
