I always rank the twins together but that's because they usually sort of blend into one anyway.

With Chloe and Stevi, I find them both very distinct (even though, as you say, they spend a lot of their time together), but I do find myself enjoying Chloe more as a housemate so I just thought it would be easier to have them separate. Like, if I had them together then Stevi would be higher than certain others purely by default because he's in a pair with Chloe.
