The case is under investigation? What on earth is there to investigate other than he murdered her then posted the evidence online?

I guess they have to prove he killed her in cold blood so he doesn't get off by claiming temporary insanity or something, yes he killed her but he will have a defence team trying to get him off if the law works like it does here.
