I'm assuming you are asking because you want to pick a desktop wallpaper...
i would go with the darker top image, the bright white of the second image will be more exhausting for your eyes and will make you feel more tired and make your eyes sore without you even realizing why.
I wish this forum would choose a darker color for the background color.
