I'm really looking forward to it but I feel like it's all about GAGA at the minute and it's just takes it away from the show. You never saw the trailers and everything being about Jessica Lange because she was the star of the show but we didn't need to be told that at every mention.

Why is the main character only in 8 episodes?

Although I guess the episodes featuring Lily Rabe/Jessica Lange will be focused entirely on them and not Gags/The Countess

With this series being an ensemble cast, i don't think there'll be anyone that appears in all the episodes, which imo is a good thing

She did an interview the other day saying she doesn't know if she will be cast in this season, so hopefully there's still time! Lily Rabe was announced for Freak Show in mid october, so fingers crossed

I'm guessing the Countess will end up being like Sister Mary Eunice.

I'm hoping that the other plotlines that might take over are more interesting than the Alien storyline was in Asylum.

The more ensemble thing is promising - probably means they'll be more going on which will be good as the thing with AHS is by the time the finale rolls around it always feels like everything could have been wrapped up 1/2 episodes earlier.

Cannot wait to see the return of Jessica's old character - providing that's what she's doing. Constance is without a doubt one of my favourites of hers. Behind Sister Jude, Constance is the best.

Just heard Michelle Pfeifer as in Catwoman and Stardust Queen has been cast! Although it's probably just for one episode she would've been a great Jessica Lange replacement.
