I don't think Bobby is creepy as such, I just don't think he is a particularly pleasant person. I look at Scoop's behaviour, and while he may not say the right things all the time, its very clear he is fundamentally a nice guy. Compare him to Bobby, and Bobby is not in the same league. Bobby may say things that he thinks people want to hear, but there are ways of doing things. Do you resolve issues quietly one to one, or do you take centre stage and try and demean and humiliate someone? He has taken that course of action at least 3 times now that I have seen, so he can get the boot at the first opportunity as far as I'm concerned.
