Remembering Kerry
|
I have reservations as to the Shadow Chancellor, however I will judge him on what he says and does now, not what he has in the past.
After all look at the absolute shower we have as the current Chancellor and who outside of Labour, and in fact some in Labour, were relishing the thought of Ed Balls as Chancellor. Overall, this is a pretty good set up so far, the previous lot all failed to get the votes needed for Labour in May. If they desire to walk away just because a leadership result hasn't been to their liking, well loyalties to those they represent and the voters that need Labour, clearly mean a lot less than their own intentions. Any new leader has the right to sweep clean the old guard especially if it has been a failing one too, some good appointments here really. I am glad Andy Burnham has stuck to his word as to serving any leader that got elected. Full credit to him I say and a very happy bye bye to the huffy ones.
