These things can be measured, and should be, before we jump to any rash decisions to accept refugees.

We didn't jump to anything. there was a humanitarian crisis caused by war and bombs...
Social values will be fine I'm sure, maybe the decision to take refugees direct from the camps is a counter terrorism strategy.
