well emotional abuse is very destructive, betraying the people who trust you is very hurtful. I can understand why someone who really trusted and loved someone would feel the need to lash out and hurt that person in return. Im not saying it's okay to hurt someone physically, but it's also not okay to hurt someone emotionally.

In the Bobbit case, he was sexually abusive and she cut his dick off. Is it okay to cut a guy's dick off? no. but can i sympathize with why she did it? yes.
