I read about this recently.

The man agreed that she could put the hot tongues on his dick and he lay there awake whilst she did it. They had previously made a pact that if he ever betrayed her she would brand him. Apparently she only touched him for a second but that's all it took to cause a 3rd degree burn.

He also didn't seek help straight away because he thought he was okay. When it started to blister and weep they both decided he should go to the hospital.

Sounds to me like this was a ridiculous idea that went horribly wrong. There is no accounting for stupid, but because real or permanent harm wasn't her intention, I don't think she should be going to jail.
