No, I don't find it sarcastic. I meant every word towards Josh who was claiming they somehow were. Claiming it's somehow a matter of inequality when it comes to men taking their shirts off. Physically, men and women are very different so of course both will also be treated differently.

The 'difference', is a cultural issue frankly as the grubby sexualised English perception isn't accepted elsewhere. Josh was saying it's inequality and at the heart it is, I would agree, the whole reason men and women are treated differently from the waist up is due to this. Go to many other European cities and women walk around on the beach topless, mothers nurse babies and the world turns.

What is the difference between male and female nipples? The only reason one is typically deemed inappropriate is because literally they are deemed inappropriate, and there is no reason why. That's because there isn't any.
