Apart from that, men and women really aren't as different as people make out. Nipples are the main area where it is literally the same thing for men and women yet only men can show theirs in public - I see no equality in that. This is very much an issue of equality.

Yeah, men's nipples are for decoration only, women have working breasts. If they're not out feeding a baby, they have no place in public. This is not an issue of equality at all, it's a case of public decency.
