Scrap sky diving into the jungle.
More physical trials and less "lets shower them with bugs trials" that we've had over the past few years.

They won't change anything though because it still gets like 13m viewers and is ITV's most watched show.

Doesn't that say it all though? They must be doing something right, getting this many viewers.
