 custom infractions like this are ridiculous though, and like josy said, not everything is in the rules so mods have to use thier own initiative, I imagine most of the infractions handed out aren't even on that list because it's usually stuff like "causing drama" "didn't drop it etc" which are all custom infractions and are given out at varying levels depending on the mod, plus why are there 4 different ones for insults |
Not depending on the mod, depending on the member and their previous infractions and rule breaks.
If you have multiple infractions for insulting people then you do it again the infractions points will likely be higher.
