I agree, in Marilyn Monroe's day they didn't have vanity sizing like they do today. She was a size 14 then which is the same as a size 8 today.

As for the diet; I'd get a vegetable juicer and juice better vege's like spinach because carrots don't have enough of the right vitamins to sustain your health. I'd also eat lunch.
