My face got spotty a few weeks ago so I got some Duac gel which has been
amazing my skin immediately looked better and now all my spots are gone
mine wasn't acne though so idk if it would help, but if you haven't already tried it maybe ask your doc for some Duac gel, I would deffo recommend it for spots
